About
After training in photography and travelling the world at the same time on several different cruise ships, I worked for various newspapers as a photojournalist for over three years. I then began photographing weddings and quickly realised that this was my true passion.
Soon after I began photographing weddings in the UK I helped to set up and run a new wedding photography business in Barbados and St Lucia. I spent over two years photographing weddings on the sunny shores of the Caribbean, and had an amazing time, meeting so many great wedding couples, and every day improving my photography skills. Eventually I came home to set up Fine Photography.
Wedding photography is now my passion and my love. Every wedding is so different, whether it’s on the beach in Barbados or a beautiful stone church in London; each one is as important and as beautiful as the last.
Now based mainly in the United Kingdom, but still traveling abroad for special weddings, I use my photojournalist training and the influence of the Caribbean to specialise in an relaxed and unobtrusive, yet intimate style of photography, that I describe as Creative Documentary. There are no endless line ups and no strict shot lists to follow. My photographs are about telling the story of your day as it happens naturally. The result are images that capture decisive and passionate moments, real emotions and genuine interaction, with a focus on you having a relaxed and enjoyable day that you will treasure forever.
I pride myself on giving the highest levels of professionalism and service, before, during and after your wedding day. So for an informal chat, to check availability, or if you have any other questions please get in touch.
